Territory of childhood eurasia

The NGO Eurasia is dedicated to fostering unity and mutual understanding among young people across post-Soviet countries through engaging and meaningful programs. With a focus on cross-cultural dialogue and shared experiences, Eurasia’s work empowers youth to build lasting friendships and expand their worldview beyond national borders.

At the heart of Eurasia’s efforts is its flagship initiative, The Territory of Childhood Eurasia. This dynamic program offers a unique opportunity for teenagers aged 14 to 16 from Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan to come together in a welcoming, supportive environment. Through carefully designed cultural and educational exchanges, participants learn about each other’s traditions, languages, and perspectives, breaking down stereotypes and cultivating mutual respect.

The program is held at Russia’s most esteemed youth camp facilities—Orlyonok, Smena, and Sea Star—renowned for their vibrant atmospheres and comprehensive youth development offerings. Within these campgrounds, teens take part in a variety of interactive workshops, sports, arts, and cultural activities that encourage collaboration, dialogue, and self-expression. The immersive setting allows for deep personal growth as participants step out of their comfort zones and form genuine connections with peers from different backgrounds.

What sets The Territory of Childhood Eurasia apart is its emphasis on unity through diversity. Rather than focusing solely on academic learning, the program nurtures emotional intelligence, empathy, and teamwork. Young people are encouraged to share their personal stories, celebrate their cultural identities, and envision a future of regional cooperation and peace.

By creating a safe and inspiring space for intercultural exchange, Eurasia helps shape a new generation of compassionate, informed, and globally minded youth. The program leaves a lasting impact not only on the individual participants but also on the broader goal of fostering harmony and understanding throughout the post-Soviet region.
